You are responsible for keeping your credentials to yourself and for the accuracy of what you register with. Accounts that break these terms may be suspended.

Content and copyright

All video content comes from public YouTube channels; we host no audio or video. sampledigging.online claims no rights to any music shown here. Sampling copyrighted material without clearance may infringe copyright law, and obtaining the necessary permissions before commercial use is entirely your responsibility.

Community samples

Samples contributed by producers are covered by the licence linked from the sample player. Where a creator has disabled downloading, do not attempt to work around it.

Liability

The site is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from its use, including copyright claims relating to material you sample.

Changes
